Above the double doors leading into the worship space of our building, there are raised letters that spell “WELCOME HOME.” We’d like to believe that just about anyone could find their church home here at Chaffin Church. We are a family of individuals that have found hope in Jesus, and simply want as many people to experience that exact same freedom alongside us as possible.

Where We Come From
Chaffin Church was started in 1905 by a group of people who wanted to see Swedish immigrants moving into Holden come to know Jesus. Fast forward to today - our community is more diverse than it was, but our dreams are still the same - to see everyone have a seat at the table regardless of personal history, family background, ethnicity, or gender.
Where we're headed
What's the bottom line? More than ever, Chaffin Church is committed to fostering a family built around love. Love for God. Love for one another. Love for the body of Christ. And love for the world in which God has placed us. And as we move forward as a church family, inclusion and belonging remain at the center of who we are as followers of Christ.
